Dieses besonders schön gelegene Stadthaus befindet sich am Rande von Es Capdella mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und das Dorf. Es wurde in 2001 komplett renoviert und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten, welcher liebevoll mit mediterranen Pflanzen, Obstbäumen und Palmen angelegt wurde.

Despite being right in the centre of the vibrant southwest and being one of the wealthiest municipalities in Europe, Capdellà is a peaceful town that somehow has managed to retain an untouched, enchanting feel. Like many villages in the island, it has a laid back bohemian feel with a selection of good restaurants and bars.

For ramblers, Capdellà offers many walks - several of them signposted by the local authorities - up into the nearby mountains. Galilea and Es Calvià, two lovely and pictureque villages located just a short drive away are both well worth a visit.
